A simple AR experience with a focused scope can be delivered in 4 to 8 weeks. A full VR training simulation with custom environments, branching scenarios, and enterprise integrations typically runs 12 to 20 weeks. The timeline is driven by asset complexity, the number of interaction scenarios, integration requirements, and the number of iteration rounds in the process.
